REALTORS are not selling houses. Instead we're selling trust. We are selling lifestyles. We are selling future dreams & happiness. In the end, the client has to be happy. My goal is to provide you with all the education and ideas I can give you about the neighborhoods and homes you consider. I'm here to guide, but not to decide.
I started my real estate career in 2003 after a 17 year stint as an I.T. professional. Two years later I dropped the I.T. work al together and have never looked back. In 2009 I started my own brokerage, Texas Pride Realty.
I want to run a small company that can offer personalized, highly ethical and professional service to our customers. I am not interested in hurrying customers into purchases and sales just to make monthly numbers and commissions. We should be protecting and understanding the client throughout the transaction. I believe that the agent's role is to help the consumer make well-educated decisions, even if those decisions lead away from a purchase or sale. In the end, it is the client who has to be satisfied and that's my goal. That's how I want to build my business and my company.
I earned my Graduate Realtor Institute designation in 2006 and my Council of Residential Specialists designation in 2007. I believe that education is vital in this industry. I currently have over 1200 hours of real estate courses on my transcript with the State of Texas. I try to keep adding to that number every year. I invite you to check that number against my competition. The industry changes all the time and agents who do not stay current on their education, especially agents who have been in the business for years and years, are not doing their best for their clients.
Opening Texas Pride Realty was always a goal of mine and I am working night and day to be sure it is successful. The best way to do that is to be sure clients are satisfied and agents are busy. What better legacy could someone leave in this industry than a group of well-trained, high-quality brokers who do your job better than you?
